A project along the way…

In 2021 I was called in to assist a classroom with low engagement and morale. Traditional teaching wasn’t working for the instructor—so I introduced mock interviews. I created a website with a bank of 100+ questions, had students write answers, then met with them one-on-one for coaching. We practiced, then finished the year with official mock interviews thanks to honest and supportive guidance counselors. The results? Engagement soared. Students who once stayed silent began speaking with purpose and clarity. It changed the classroom—and confirmed for me: Mock Interviews Work.
